The global resin shortage has made engineered lumber difficult to get. Distributors are running low on inventory.


MI windows will have a price increase of 10-12% effective June 1st.

Subfloor is seemingly non-existent at the moment.


Some materials are becoming extremely difficult to get, even impossible to get in some cases. These include: vinyl (especially if special-ordered from factory) shingle roofing, subfloor, osb (waferboard). We will continue to update as we receive more information.


Shingle roofing price increased expected in March.

Drywall price increase expected in March.

Mesker price increase expected in May.

Exterior Door price increase expected in April due to price increase on Wood Jambs and Brick Mould.
